Description
I started this painting thinking about a guardian angel and how nice it would be if they were really there. As I started to have ideas and sketched out some thoughts, Ella Fitzgerald was singing in the background and I realised she was singing “Someone to watch over me”. It seemed so appropriate and helped me to find a title and a scene for my painting.
