Stipple drawing is an incredibly slow process that allows for great detail to be achieved and the finished work has a near 3D quality.
I time each drawing session to be able to know how long each drawing takes to complete. This was an often asked question, the answer to which I was always previously uncertain, though I knew it was a ‘long’ time.
I use Sakura Pigma Micron drawing pens in all of my pen and ink drawings. The pens have become the defining standard for reliable, permanent, archival quality ink. The archival quality ink is acid-free, chemically stable, waterproof, and fade resistant.
