Our Seller policies last 7 days from receiving the product/s. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. (It is therefore important to take care when unpacking your item). To complete your return, your item must be returned to the Seller together with name, address, order number and the email order confirmation. Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non‐refundable. If you are shipping an item worth over £50, please use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to the value of the item. If you prefer an exchange, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary depending on where you live.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be sent an email to notify you that your returned item has been received. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once approved, refunds will take between 5 – 10 business days to be submitted to your original payment method. Processing times can vary.

Sale items are not eligible for a refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, (there is often some processing time before a refund is actioned). If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us or the seller.


If you would to discuss an exchange in the event your item is damaged, please contact us or the seller to discuss an exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an artists gift credit will be emailed to you by the seller.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
